
As the General Manager, Brad is the strategic leader responsible for the overall direction of the Cayenta Division including Product Direction, Sales, Professional Services and Support. Working with the management team, Brad continues to focus the division on the delivery of superior business solutions within our customer base as well as expanding market share.
Brad joined Harris in 2004 as the Director of Professional Services and was instrumental in the creation of the Business Solutions group which led to the development of the Cayenta CRM and Portal modules, Mobile Service Orders, Dashboard and Customer Self Service.
Brad has over 17 years experience in the Utility Market and previous to the Cayenta acquisition worked within the Division as Director of Development Services and Senior Application Consultant where he had the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of our products, services, customers and industry. Brad has also worked within the Utility industry at BC Hydro where he served initially as a Financial Analyst with the Corporate Finance group, and later as the Manager of Market Information & Analysis in BC Hydro’s industry leading Power Smart business unit.
Brad received his Bachelors of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of British Columbia in 1991, and is also a Certified General Accountant.

Nigel is a long time Cayenta employee, joining the company, then known as Nissi Computer Systems, back in 1984 where he was part of the team that developed the original version of the Cayenta Financials software.
Nigel’s tenure at Cayenta has included roles in development, application consulting, project management and as Director of CF Business Operations.
Nigel’s current position of VP, Support Services provides him the opportunity to do what he finds the most rewarding; working with our valued customers to provide solutions to their Cayenta software questions and issues.
On the personal side, Nigel lives in Vancouver with his wife Sharon and their three children (one still at home) and enjoys spending weekends on their sailboat, exploring B.C.’s coastal waters.

As Director of Financial Solutions Mary Myers oversees and leads the Cayenta Financials sales team. As leader of Financial Solutions she initiates marketing strategies, develops marketing campaigns, and delivers solutions in a heavily competitive environment. She is responsible not only for the sales life cycle that begins with a Request for Proposal and concludes with a successful contract but she is also dedicated to improving each client’s experiences in all aspects and stages of our relationship. Mary has more than 23 years of experience working with the public sector, including eight years at the City of Clayton, Missouri. She joined MS Govern in 1992, serving in senior customer support roles until 2000, when she joined the MS Govern sales department. In 2009 Mary left her position as Vice- President of Sales and Marketing, at MS Govern to join Cayenta.
Mary has an Associate’s degree in computer science from St. Louis Community College, St. Louis, Missouri.

Peter joined Harris in 1990, where he worked as a developer for 10 years working on both Cayenta Financials and Utilities solutions, culminating in 2000 where he oversaw the design and release of Cayenta Utilities Version 7. He became Product Manager for Cayenta Utilities, and acted as a Senior Developer until taking on the role of Director of Research & Development for Cayenta in 2004, now, as Vice President of Research & Development at Cayenta.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver.

John joined Cayenta in August 2001 as a Project Manager. He was promoted to VP of Business Solutions in 2006. In this role, John is in charge of the Professional Services team for Cayenta Utilities, as well as Project Direction.
Prior to Cayenta, John was the Director Of Professional Services for Multiactive Software – service delivery for eBusiness and Customer Relationship Management. John has worked strategically with clients such as Siemens Automation and Drives, and State of Illinois – Commerce division. Previous to this, John was with Westech Information Systems, where he spent ten years in the electric and gas utility industry, working on a variety of Customer Information Systems (CIS) and financial systems for BC Hydro and BC Gas. John has extensive utility experience in the areas of billing, payment, credit and collections.

Toni joined Cayenta in 1994 as a Support Analyst for the Cayenta Financials solution. Since then, she has held the roles of Financial Business Analyst and Customer Care Account Manager. Toni has been directly involved in the evolution of the Cayenta Financials solution leading to the development of Time Entry, Employee Self-Service and Online Applications. After 12 years with Cayenta, Toni is responsible for the strategic direction of Cayenta’s Utilities, Financials and Operational Management Product.
Prior to Cayenta, Toni was a programmer Analyst for Erie County in Buffalo, New York. Toni holds an Associate degree in Computer Science from Erie Community College.

Barry has over 20 years of professional experience in the software and utility industries. Prior to joining Cayenta, he spent seven years consulting to B.C. Hydro, Canada’s 3rd largest utility. In his 13-year career at Cayenta, Barry has been primarily responsible for managing the implementation of Cayenta products across North America, and for building the Professional Services consulting practice.
Barry has held a number of positions within Cayenta, including Consultant, Project Manager, Director of Application Consulting, and Vice-President of Services. In his current role of Vice-President of Business Development, Barry spends much of his time traveling, working directly with potential clients and partners to maximize the potential of Cayenta products and services.
Barry graduated with an MBA from the University of Colorado in 1990, with a concentration in Finance. He also earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary in 1986.
