Cayenta is pleased to announce that the City of Grand Rapids (Water System) has chosen Cayenta Utilities for its CIS Solution.
The Grand Rapids Water System services approximately 77,000 water/sewer accounts. Its primary function is to provide municipal water supply to meet the domestic, commercial and fire protection needs for Grand Rapids and customer communities.
Once implemented, Cayenta Utilities will enable the City to offer its customers streamlined and enhanced service including electronic billing and payment options. The CIS implementation project started in April 2010.
